They responded well to any problems we had, and we were able to have a fulfilling family trip. I was especially happy that the toilet in our room had a washlet and was extremely clean. This is something that is hard to find overseas. Also, the service from everyone was very pleasant.

Highly recommend the pool family room, we had a great time and it was a connecting room. However the bed was not very comfortable. The facilities are also great, there is a welcome drink that can be redeemed, there is a diving platform, it is very convenient to go to the beach, and you can stay for three consecutive nights. The beach is fun, I only stayed for two nights this time. It's a bit of a pity. The level is about that of a four-star hotel, but the bath towels in the room are a bit old and need to be replaced.
