Good location in the center of Chinatown. Staff is very hospitable specially Yvette. She grant us early check-in and late checkout. Bang for the buck, will book again on our next SG trip

A prime location located at Chinatown. Near souvenir shops, hawker centers (Hong Lim, Lau Pa Sat, and People’s Park), and MRT.

Was initially hesistant to book this hotel since all the photos i saw online the rooms looked old. But then decided to take the gamble given allthe good reviews I've seen and was satisfied with it upon check in. Given a roomon the 10th floor and window view was good somewhat overlooking neighblring buildings. Pros: Bencoolen (Downtown line) MRT station is just outside the hotel. Lots of dining establishments in surrounding area. Plaza Singapura mall is around a 10 minute walk away fromthe hotel, Bugis Plus/Junction 15minutes away. Only con i can think of is the TV has only 10 channels available if that is important for you.
