The hotel was superb! Facilities were topnotch and the facade & interiors were very unique as well. What made it better was the staff, especially Tùng! He’s the best! 👍💗 He recommended lots of things to do around Hanoi & where to shop. He even went out of his way to help me purchase something to be delivered to the hotel while I was out. 🥰 Our experience with the hotel made our trip more memorable. I will definitely come back here next time I come back to Hanoi! Much love 🥰

The hotel staff is very considerate and gave us help when asking about directions going to our destinations. But the bed is a bit hard, hopefully they will change it to a little soft one.

Location is good, just beside the train street. breakfast was really good - especially their bacon 😊. staff was really friendly and helpful. room was big and aircondition worked perfectly.

location wise especially if you're trying to explore old quarter. There's a nearest bank, food stall, pharmacy, etc. The staff are very friendly also.

The receptionist is so nice and very accomodatiing. She is always on the go for help or anything we need. Not in the Old Quarter area but still accessible by grab for a very cheap fare.

The reception and the room is very nice, it’s clean and have spaces for work. Internet is pretty fast as well so overall 100% recommended
