Trek was not easy in winter and there was no view at the top since it was so cloudy. Both our guide, Nook, and porter were very helpful and patient to us in the steep terrains, and even provided us with tea and double sleeping bags at night. Food prepared were all good and delicious. Thankfully, you get to shower and freshen up at the hotel where you leave your luggage at. Remember to layer up and wear proper shoes, and a trekking pole would help! However, pick up from both Hanoi and Sapa could bave been smoother.

Great trip with SST Travel operator Henry my boy Duc (he's a very nice and friendly young guide, but a bit anxious sometimes) Itinerary is Cycling or bus to Hoa Lu (meh can skip), then buffet lunch (good food), then we chose Trang An boat trip (pretty Halong Bay on earth), and optional hiking to Mua Caves (tiring but stunning). Guide is not around for the last 2 items. We had fun but if time and money are concerns, you should choose Halong Bay.

The tour was smooth, the vans were spacious and luxurious, then the Sapa Unique Hotel was excellent! The staff are all friendly and accommodating and that the facility is superb! All our requests were accommodated in an excellently!

You can enjoy Hanoi's landmarks at once, and enjoy the cool air and green trees. There are places with limited admission on weekends, and if you avoid lunchtime and take the tour, it is highly recommended.

This activity is worth doing if you want to explore outside Hanoi. Everything went well, from hotel pick up until drop off. The coordinator made it easy and fun as well. Shout out to Victor for taking care of us and for the information that he shared during the trip. It was a packed day - and worth the while. Dont expect too much about the buffet but that was the value you paid for. Overall, we recommend this activity. :)

Journey from Hanoi to Halong Bay: In Hải Dương City, there is a tourist bus rest stop where you can go to the toilet for free. It is a shopping place exclusively for tourists. Many Japanese tour groups visit, and there are many Japanese-speaking employees selling products. Halong Bay: Get on the boat at Tuan Chau International Marina and have lunch, including shrimp, Vietnamese pork belly, Vietnamese spring rolls, fried fish, chips, pineapple, rice, etc. Proceed to Halong Bay and stop at Dou Chong Rock. Go to the place where you can take a bamboo raft/canoe ride. The canoe can seat 2 people. The bamboo raft boat has a boatman, so you don't have to row it yourself. Can be passed under the cave. Head to Thien Cung Cave. There will be tea and watermelon on the way back. Return to Halong Bay from Ha Noi: stop at the V52 rest stop on the Hai Duong Highway. There will be traffic jams in Hanoi.

The bus is great and they will drop you off at the airport if you wish to. It has wifi, massager, LED screen, headset, free water, blanket, etc. But just be open minded that the time you booked is not always the one that you will get that is why they ask you of other preferred times.

booked a couple of rooms here for my family members and all found the service excellent. recommended for those who want a quieter side to Old Quarter, but still very near all the attractions
