We had an incredible Ubud tour, and we can’t thank our guide, Deksu, enough for his exceptional service! 🤩😄 He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience, we even extend and went back to hotel late as we ended at past 6 PM due to the long waiting time at Lempuyang Temple. Despite the delay, he remained patient, professional, and accommodating, making sure we still got to enjoy every stop on our itinerary.

Deabong guide was so impressive and great that I am leaving a review. I arrived at the accommodation before the appointment time and left a WhatsApp message. I received the call and checked out of the accommodation. Even though we left at 4:30 in the morning, the line at the temple was long so we had to wait for 2 hours, but Deabong guide took many great pictures for us during that time. It's a shame that I could only upload 6 pictures in the review. He also showed me the photo poses so I could take pictures comfortably. And he had a great sense. I think he fell asleep because he couldn't hold up his neck while driving. When he saw me from the driver's seat, he stopped the car and came to the back seat to adjust the backrest. I got on in Ubud but asked him to drop me off by cab, and he gladly took me there. When we arrived at our new accommodation, he called the staff and helped me check in. I think he is the best guide I've ever met. Thank you so much, Deabong guide!!

Roy was our driver and photographer. He communicated via WhatsApp and invited us to start the tour early which we did. We completed all the activities on the route and also stopped by the coffee plantation. Roy took lots of photos guiding us on the poses.
