Things to do in Twelve Apostles

I feel so lucky to have had Bill as our guide. He was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. Although my English is bad, Bill always made sure I felt included and comfortable. He patiently explained everything and constantly checked to see if we were okay. His ability to remember everyone’s names — even mine, which is a difficult Chinese name — truly impressed me. The classic stops along the Great Ocean Road were stunning, but what made this tour truly unforgettable was Bill's warmth and care. At the end of the day, he gave me a big hug and even held my hand to guide me safely across the road — such a deeply touching gesture that I’ll never forget. To Bill: I miss you already. Meeting you on just my second day in Australia was such a lucky and special moment. I sincerely hope I’ll get the chance to see you again one day — by then, I promise to have practiced my English so we can share more stories next time! Thank you so much, Bill — you made my trip incredibly meaningful. Hope to see you again soon! ❤️

This one-day Great Ocean Road tour was long but absolutely worth it. The scenery was stunning from the coastal cliffs and beaches to the iconic Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. Our guide was friendly, and we had just the right amount of time at each stop. It’s a packed day with a lot of driving, but the views and stops along the way made it memorable. Highly recommended if you want to see the highlights in a day!

Had a tour on 2 May. DAVID HSU a SUPERB driver and tour guide. He allows ample time for all attractions and is patient with customers. He proactively shares detailed historical and literary information about the locations via WhatsApp the day before the trip. Throughout the tour, he shares his experiences, Melbourne's culture, and fun facts, not just about the attractions. His insights are truly valuable! After the trip, you will undoubtedly know Melbourne much better. Furthermore, he is always prepared, sharing information about the next location. Even if there's an accident or road closure, he has a plan B! Super driving skills too, dont need to worry about sleepy driver cause he will be sharing and talking the whole trip! POWER!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

our tour guide David Hsu was great. The itinerary was well planning and the time was enough for each place. he is knowledgeable and loves to share stories with us. happy to have a tour with him :)

we had an absolutely blast of a trip! William was an incredible guide, that gave us great information along our entire day. I feel we had ver adequate time to spend at each spot. It was great to do the trip in reverse, starting at 12 Apostles to really kick the day off. He pulled off to help us get a chance to see some wild koalas, we got to see two! Lunch in Apollo Bay was very well timed, just make sure you bring snacks for the morning. All in all, it was a wonderful day, and we would highly recommend this to anyone looking. I will say these things to consider: 1. Be early for your pick up, as it was about 10 mins prior to our scheduled time. 2. Be prepared for a very twisty/turny portion of the road, that can be quite bumpy.

Fortunately, the weather was very good for the Great Ocean Road one-day tour, and I also met the best tour guide Jimmy!!! Jimmy is a responsible, considerate and warm tour guide. He not only arranged all the itineraries for us and introduced them to us, but also took us to see the rainforest, introduced the special features of the trees, and took us to find wild koalas and kangaroos. This day completely satisfied my imagination of Australia, and I could also feel Jimmy's passion for work and his love for the places he visited.
