Top notch experience with Serenity. I must appreciate the effort put in by tour guides - they are extremely helpful and polite. Itinerary was well curated and they were very particular about sticking to the time. Food was good, but not a great deal for vegetarians.

Tour guide Brian was really energetic and funny. He interacts with guests like a friend, so cool. The cruise exceeded my expectation; the itinerary is fun, especially the kayaking, biking, and karaoke part. Food was amazing, too. No complaints.

Although it doesn't take as long as the cable car at Hong Kong Ocean Park, you have to try it when you come to Haiphong City, Vietnam. It's even more convenient to go to Cat Ba Island

The transfer picked us up right in front of our hotel. The ship was very clean. All the staff were friendly. Tony, the main guide was very informative, spoke English well and humourous. He participated in all the activities with us, so we knew where to go. There was an unexpected, but fun, biking activity through a local village. One lady had trouble biking, so the guide even biked for her while she sat behind! We didn’t visit a beach, but instead swam in the middle of the water. It was so fun! They had an inflatable netted “pool” for those who are too young or afraid to swim in open waters. The ship also had a slide to slide into the water! My party had 8 ppl, including adults and kids as young as 9. This excursion was great for ppl of all abilities. If you did not want to participate in an activity, you could stay on board, or instead of biking, there were EV’s. The entire excursion was very well organized. Tables on the ship were already pre-assigned so you have your dedicated space for lunch and belongings. There was a variety of food for buffet lunch and tasted pretty good. on the way back there were fruit platters and mini cupcakes for snack. This route is a lot more peaceful with fewer boats than the other Ha Long Bay routes. Beautiful!! I highly recommend this trip!

thanh binh our guide was a really great person, informative, attentive, take care of us for the whole day, very hardworker too with a good english. the tour itself is really good too, visit village, fish massage, biking, also the cruise facility very nice, pool, slide, i didnt get any problem with the slide, smooth and fast, i did twice. Food was good too, drinks in the cruise available for extra payment, but its the same price like outside, and its taste good too. Binh took a really nice photo for us and gave a good recommendation for good food in Hanoi, i’m very satisfied and recommend people to get this tour.
