The tour went very smooth. We were able to go each place without any hassle. Ma Li, the tour guide, was very fun and considerate. She even gave a cute souvenir for us. 10/10 for the experience.

This was my second visit to Tokyo, so I signed up for a tour to see Mt. Fuji, which I had never been to before, and I think it was a really, really good decision. If you travel to Tokyo with your family, it will be a great memory, so I recommend you come at least once. And isn't the best part of a tour the guide?!? Our Wonyang guide!!! You speak Korean fluently, and what's your gag code??? Why did you make me laugh so much? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ You are so kind and explain things really well! Today is a Japanese holiday and the weekend, so there were so many people, and the roads were so congested that I thought I wouldn't be able to go to the restaurant I had made a reservation for dinner, but it was a restaurant that didn't accept cancellations ㅠㅠ I don't even speak Japanese, so what should I do? The cancellation fee is 100%, so I was at a loss... But Wonyang guide is really fluent in Japanese, so she's awesome...... She even called me directly to cancel my reservation, so I'm so grateful and I don't know what to do...ㅎ You're really the best!! I'm so lucky to have met Wonyang guide!! Just lucky Vicky, today's weather is lucky Vicky, I was worried because it rained the day before, but the weather is really nice today!!! I saw Mt. Fuji without a single cloud!!! I really felt like I saw it without any regrets~~ Anyway, I'm happy that I left with good memories🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank you for the great tour.

Director Liu was a very nice person. He told us a lot of Japanese stories and culture in the car. Today was a three-day holiday and the second day there was a serious traffic jam on the way there. But before going home, Director Liu tried his best to take us to many places. , The sky is very beautiful today, and I can see Mount Fuji. I really like the leadership of Director Liu!

Amazing Mt. Fuji sighting seeing tour with reasonable allocation time for each stop though there is only 3 option (fried chicken, unagi or beef) for lunch. Guide Chow can speak in both Chinese and English too. Overall a pleasant day trip.

We started off the tour on time although it was raining. The rain stopped by the time we got to Mt Fuji and we had gorgeous views on the mountain top. Our guide, Sofie, was great! She spoke well and she gave a lot of information both historical & cultural about Mt Fuji and the areas we were visiting. The duration of the tour was just right. I strongly recommend the Hato Bus tours to everyone.

It was my first time seeing Mt. Fuji, but the tour was very informative and fun because the guide from Wonyang explained things so passionately and kindly. Next time I sign up for a tour, I want to go on a tour with the guide from Wonyang again!!!!!!!
