I liked it very much. They offer a ride along the river for an additional fee... so you need to take extra cash with you. It is advisable to add another hour to the waterfalls, two hours is not enough, I think. I advise you to immediately go up to the seventh level of the waterfall and only then go down to the lower levels.

The journey is long but pleasant, the guide explained to us all the historical context of the war before arriving at the museum. In the park we have 2 hours to walk, which leaves time to climb up to the 7th waterfall.

There are three of us. The car is an SUV, which is spacious than ordinary RVs. The driver Narong is very nice and has been waiting for us in the hotel lobby at 7 o'clock. However, he doesn't understand much English. We all use Google Transalte to communicate with each other on relatively complicated matters. thing. Meena Cafe is top-notch and all other attractions are worth visiting. Mallika doesn’t have to spend too much time and it doesn’t even feel like a pity not to go. We only spent half an hour at Mallika so we could get back to Bangkok early. If you want to know more about the historical background, you have to rely on Google. There is no tour guide for this activity.

Our lovely tour guide Pop was friendly and insightful regarding Thailand’s involvement in World War II, where POW were taken to Thailand and forced to build the railway from Thailand to Burma due to Japanese occupation. I do wish that the JEATH war museum was better, as it was only a small hut showcasing the living conditions of POW at the time, I had expected something bigger with more information or artefacts etc. However, the highlight was definitely Erawan national park and waterfalls! Well worth the 3 hour drive and good food options there as well. I wished we had more time to spend here as we got there around 1pm and the park closes around 4pm. We did not have enough time to explore all 7 levels, swim and get changed etc so we opted to stay at one level and swim the entire time. Overall highly recommend this tour and was for sure one of the highlights in our trip!

The whole experience was great, Siri, our driver was so friendly and nice. He took many photos of us and we had so much fun. I would recommend to book this excursion while in Thailand. The elephants were treated very well, and I enjoyed our time together. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I will never forget. And also there were cute puppies!

Before setting off, the driver Jin carefully reminded us about the temples to visit during the trip so that we could change into suitable clothes. His humor and careful care gave us a wonderful trip!

This is the main hoghlight of our Thailand trip. 3 hours drive from Bangkok city but its all worth it onve you reach Erawam National Park. There are 7 main waterfalls in the park and it will take about an hour to trek the 2 km trail to reach the top most waterfall. A lot of birds, lizards, fishes and monkeys in the park which makes it more attractive. We have an awesome guide as well that explains well the places we went to and even let us taste loval delicacies.

We came to Bangkok with little things planned so we were looking for a ready-to-use list .  We were ready to pay extra money for a private tour since we traveled to Bangkok with my pregnant wife and we needed some flexibility in mobility and taking our time during the defined trajectory. This private tour was what we needed and we were not disapointed by what we got.  The tour took us outside Bangkok, we saw lots of nature and country side, a magnificient temple with few to no tourists at all. We got to roam inside the temple and visit every corner. We also got to visit the historical railway , which has a sad story behind and a big importance to thai people, a railway that reminds us of the importance of human life and labor.  Tonn, our driver is a really positive and welcoming person, a pro photographer and a pro user of google translate. We had interesting conversations with little to no language barrier felt. We were very satisfied by the interaction with him. If you are ever to take the tour, we recommend Tonn!
