The tour guide Mr. Kuroda explained the itinerary carefully and kindly. Both the itinerary and the lunch content were just right. It was a very worthwhile one-day travel option.

A very nice guided tour in Kanazawa by our guide Jorge who took us to very nice hidden gems. Will highly recommend Jorge with his knowledge and love to the city.

A lovely experience with very friendly staff. The choices were diverse with a nice array of accessories. Convient location to the castle and gardens. If you wear a larger shoe size you might want to pack a pair of shoes that reflect your style choice.

I 100% recommend this activity. This is one of the best outings I've done in Japan. The guide and her translator were great. And it’s very good value for money.

You get what you pay for, so there are not many basic styles, which I definitely understand, but the store clerk keeps recommending items that cost extra, which is a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent route, clear and convenient. The escort handed out a map of Shirakawa-go and told us everything in detail - where to go and what to see. There was always accurate information about what time the bus leaves. In the village you need to take a shuttle to the observation deck at the top of the mountain. ¥200 per person one way, cash. We even saw the rice planting process. We returned to Kanazawa at 15:25. We recommend.

We booked a tour to Shirakawago on our cruise stop in Kanazawa. We had a guide who spoke Japanese and a second guide who spoke English. A delicious lunch was served in a local restaurant. There was enough free time to explore the village and go to the souvenir shops. The tour was easy to book on line. We enjoyed this tour and would gladly recommend this tour.
