Aiko, our guide, was amazing! great energy and made sure we learned about Japanese culture and the places and activities that we did throughout the day.

The best way to see Kanazawa! We walked a ton but hit most of the highlights of the city, including the geisha and samurai districts, Kanazawa Castle, the market, and the 21st Century Museum. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer almost all of our (very many) questions! Totally worth doing.

His expertise and attentive service made the entire trip more enjoyable and smoother. He paid great attention to every detail during the trip and if we had any issues he resolved them quickly and efficiently so we had nothing to worry about. His patient explanations and enthusiastic guidance gave us a deeper understanding of the destination and added a lot of fun. I am very grateful for his hard work and professionalism and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Our group of seven had an amazing day tour at Shirakawa-go! The tour was well-organized, stayed on schedule, and the guide gave clear explanations throughout. They managed our group seamlessly and even offered helpful tips on saving money, along with great recommendations for worthwhile experiences. The village was stunning, and the tour felt both enriching and budget-friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a recommended tour. especially Japan Panoramic tours. our guide, Aiko-san is very nice and knowledgeable about the place. the tour was very convenient and fun. our guide also provided us with some facts about the place and recommended a lot of restaurants. i would suggest you do the tour on the first day in Kanazawa

A very nice guided tour in Kanazawa by our guide Jorge who took us to very nice hidden gems. Will highly recommend Jorge with his knowledge and love to the city.

This is a great trip. As we don’t drive, it’s very try convenient to join the tour and I don’t have to bother the traffics. We just need to assemble outside Nagoya Station and the bus would take us to Shirakawa-go, Takayama and Kanazawa. On the first day, it took around 2.5 hours from Nagoya Station to Shirakawa-go, then we spent 2 hours there. After that it took around 2 hours to get to Takayama and we spent 3 hours there. We were lucky enough to eat at the famous grill beef restaurant Maruaki （丸明). After Takayama, the bus drove us to Kanazawa and we stayed at the HOTEL MYSTAYS Kanazawa Castle. It is a very comfortable hotel with hot spring and we were able to have a good rest. On the second day, we spent 1 hour at Kenroku-en, then 1 hour at tea house street and finally two hours at Omicho Market until 2:30pm. It took around 3.5 hours to travel back to Nagoya Station. Overall, it’s a wonderful tour.

We arrived early aroud 6:30 and no one there. First we little anxious after read reviews about people get confusing with meeting poin and not sure it was right or not. but ended it was right, the guide not bring a sign at first then after that another one bring a flag the tour name. or if you don’t mind you can ask them if they are the guide or not. 2 hours is enough for walking around Shirakawa Go except you want to go the observation deck by bus (if you lucky you can immediately hop in, but if not you need wait around 25 minutes). The guide will give you a map to walking around but actually it’s kinda confusing. The food really delicious, lucky us is snowing when we came. So the sceneries really incredible, also at Takayama was snowing too. Takayama called little Kyoto, you can buy sake there but for us who don’t drink alcohol can try experience enjoy tea time at cafe with tatami. The guide really nice and helpful, we not really rushing like other tour and it helps for make the trips more simple
