Things to do in The Pinnacles Desert

The guide was very energetic and informative. During stargazing we saw jupiter, saturn, venus, sirius and other more stars. There was sufficient time to explore the desert on our own after a 2.5 hours drive from Perth. The stops made before reaching Pinnacle Desert were also very pretty!

It was a tour full of charm that allowed me to experience the nature of Western Australia all at once! It was worth participating! It was a very fulfilling day! However, the bus ride was quite long, so I recommend bringing plenty of snacks and drinks! You will get covered in sand in the sand dunes, so be prepared! You will travel through the sand dunes in a 4WD vehicle, but if you get motion sickness, it may be best not to ride! There are a lot of flies in the Pinnacles, so it would be a good idea to have some kind of fly net!

This guided tour of Sharp Rock Sandboarding starts from Perth for 1.5 hours and arrives at the midway station. It takes 20 minutes to go to the restroom and sell coffee and ice cream at a nearby shop to recharge. Then we drove to the W sandboarding area. The white sand was very soft and soft, which was very fun. Then we arrived at a net-viewing pavilion to take pictures. Finally, we drove to the Jianshi Group Area. We had an hour of free time while the three tour guides and drivers prepared dinner. They were very professional and set up a wind barrier with three tour buses. Dinner is a hot dog dinner, with beef and chicken sausage options, and about 10 delicious salad options. Because there were a lot of clouds that day, I didn’t see the stunning image of the Milky Way shown on the web page. But we still managed to capture a very beautiful sunset and double rainbow. I highly recommend this trip with 10 points, and hope to see more stars next time I come back. Note that the sand in the desert is relatively strong, so you can wear a muffler scarf to block it, and cover your mouth and nose with the sand.

Tour guide YAN was very friendly and enthusiastic and took us to various scenic spots and explained them to us. We had a great time! There is a friend in the group who does not speak Chinese. I communicate with him in English. Thank you very much.

This is a good value tour. You can't see the koalas up close, but they are often climbing trees, so that's understandable. The kangaroos, pinnacles, and stargazing are great and recommended. The dinner was very filling and good. You can choose from three options: fish and chips, burger, or lobster, which costs extra.

Danny was a safe driver and full of sense of humour. We enjoyed the sunset at the pinnacles and we have a great night with fresh dinner and stars! Love the Nilgen and Lacelin as well!

This tour was very good. I was surprised that all of customers were Chinese except me. The driver was Chinese but he spoke English. It was good. He explained about Australian animals, plants and history. He had many knowledge and it made me fun. The car and hotel were clean and comfortable. I visited many signature spots in WA. I enjoyed nice landscapes. I hand a good time.
