Haeundae Beach tours

Rosey was amazing with all the reservations and communication. Enjoyed the tour but do note it’s fast pace. If you have an elderly parent like me, do consider they may have to wait at the waiting point or may not see fully if their legs cannot carry them. Bukguksa Temple meeting point is 10 mins up hill. The other attractions were mostly fine. Expect to clock 15k steps.

Our tour waa supposed to be a group one but since we were the only ones who booked the night view, it became a private tour. Young, the tour guide/driver was very nice. He picked us up even if it was not the designated location as we werent familiar with the place. He was telling us stories, even explaining us some things about Busan or the place we are about to visit. He recommended places and restaurants on where we could eat best. He was even willing to drop us off at our hotel, but unfortunately we didnt book one. Hopefully he will still be our tour guide next time. We enjoyed our Busan tour very much because of him.

This was a special and wet tour, but really really so fun. Tomy is a great tour guide, very attentive and patient, explained well, tried to make the tour as pleasant and safe as possible even though it was raining. He gave us enough time to explore at stops. we were a small group, but really fun group. thanks Tomy

And throughout the tour, he was incredibly engaging, making the experience both educational and enjoyable with his enthusiastic storytelling. His tips and historical insights added depth to our visit, enriching our understanding of Busan and Gyeonju''s rich culture and history. As for the tour, it did save us time. Our tour group had a senior and a child but despite of that we were able to follow our itinerary. I highly recommend this small group tour.

I gave this 5 stars for the spirit of the driver who was just a sweet grandpa. He didn’t speak English but was so chatty wanting to share so much and help us. I was on Google translate the whole car ride. Now just understand this may not be for everyone. The driver doesn’t speak English so you need to be willing to use a translater. The contracted driver did not give us a contact number or a specific location (just taxi parking lot which we went to but he wasn’t there). I only received a number plate part in Korean, a Korean name and they would not tell me what the car looks like. With such vague details I was a little worried. They told us to call the provider if I couldn’t find the driver but none of our internet would work. it stressed me for about 20 mins. Fortunately two kind strangers helped me out and when I did get internet connection the company was trying to call me on WhatsApp. The strangers spoke to the company and looked after me till the driver found me. This was unecessary stress so they should provide a contact number of the driver and the right location, or the driver should communicate directly with us through WhatsApp instead of through a third party. fortunately the rest of the day went really well and the driver was so lovely. He offered to guide us through the temple and take our photos. He was a happy Chappy and we enjoyed.
