The exterior and lobby looked old, but the room was clean and comfortable, as expected of a 5-star hotel. Buses from both Matsuyama and Taoyuan Airport stop nearby. However, depending on your destination, you may need to change buses or walk to a bus stop a little further away.

The staff are really friendly. The room they gave us has a really good view. The room and hotspring tub is very clean. It's also very convenient for commute.

The service staff is friendly, the parking lot is great, the room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is close to Shilin Night Market and easy to reach on foot, and the breakfast is simple and delicious.

We checked-in very early in the morning around 5am, and the staff is very accomodating and said that he was waiting for us 😆our room was spacious compared to other rooms offered in ximending, place is across carrefour and atleast 100m away from bus station. very convenient for us. we are also always welcomed by a cleaned room everyday, and bottle of water wveryday. breakfast buffet was delicious but it is almost always the same.

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was average. If you go late in the morning there won't be much left, so it's better to go early.

I have returned to stay many times. The receptionist is kind, the room is clean, the CP value is high, there is a single bathtub, soundproofing and quiet, highly recommended

Hotel was accommodating to my date change request due to unexpected travel delays. Room was generally clean. Coffee, tea, soup and snacks available 24/7 on 2F. Toast, jam and butter available every morning. However, air-conditioning was weak.
