Things to do in Keio Department Store Shinjuku

Shibuya Sky is a fantastic experience. It was beautiful to be able to see the city from such a view. What I found very tolerant and friendly was the fact that we were offered a free rescheduling to another day, since the rooftop area was closed due to rain all day.

Ayumi and Emico did an amazing job og getting us there and even the weather was bad so we could not do everything we planned to do, they rearrange so we could see the most. They did an amazing jobb!

This was such an incredible experience that really exceeded my expectations! Our instructors were so kind and informative, I can’t say enough nice things about them. I didn’t know the training would be private with just my husband and I, which made it even better! Our instructors helped dress us down in traditional kimonos and samurai pants and made sure to take plenty of photos and videos throughout. This was by far my favorite part of our Japan trip, I highly recommend!!!!

Yui, our guide, was wonderful! Satou-San, the driver, flew on the road to get us to the Fifth Station of Mt. Fuji, the Gotemba Premium Outlets, and Hakone Ropeway to ride the pirate ship. We were fortunate that the weather was nice, so we saw Mt. Fuji a lot. Yui was well-prepared and organized, and made sure that the tour was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful tour with Shin Jo-san. The schedule allowed us plenty of free time to explore, the weather was perfect, and the bus was very clean and comfortable. Lunch was also delicious and cute🍱✨️ Thank you for the great experience! 🪻🌼

Breathtaking views from Shibuya Sky! I booked my Shibuya Sky ticket through Klook and it was super convenient. The e-ticket worked perfectly—just scan the QR code at the entrance, no need to line up for tickets. The view from the observation deck was absolutely stunning, especially around sunset. You get a 360-degree view of Tokyo, including Tokyo Tower, Skytree, and even Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The open-air rooftop was a highlight, with cool seating areas and photo spots. The experience was very well-organized, and it wasn’t overly crowded when we went. Booking through Klook made it quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend visiting Shibuya Sky for incredible views of the city!

If you only want to choose one high place to see the scenery, it is recommended to go to Shibuya Sky. Although it rained that day, the environment was good and comfortable. The rooftop was temporarily closed due to rain and they patiently explained and refunded the ticket. Fortunately, I went in and had a drink and the rain stopped.
