Poem Mountain tours

The trip was really worth it given the price point. The cruise in itself went well, the boat is modern and felt luxurious. The staff was also nice and Andy, our guide, did his best to tour us around in such a short time. If you would like to visit the Halong bay in a time crunch, I highly recommend this trip!

Mr. Ben is very helpful, humorous, and a great tour guide. We enjoyed the tour very much! All tourists are not allowed to bring plastic bottles on the ship to protect Halong Bay, which is very understandable.

The tour was great. The cruise staffs were hospitable. The hotel transfer, the cruise and the hosts are well coordinated. The food was a feast and good. FYI, the drink are paid separately. The spots are great. The cruise was our third stops for our 5-day vacation in Northern Vietnam.

The sights are breathtaking! The limestone formations are such a wonder to behold, not to mention the pristine emerald-colored watets. To top it all - the food, from breakfast to lunch was superb with a wide array of dishes to choose from. Great value for your money!

The entire experience was worth every money you've paid. The tour operator Mie communicate very well with the instructions. The cruise experience itself was fantastic especially the cruise manager Mr. Tim and his assistant Ms. Hannah. We would like to thank the entire crew as they ensure that the stay is really unforgettable even for a short stay. So much variety of food from the arrival upto the check out the following day. The happy hour is our favorite with the beautiful view of the sunset. This tour is commendable, hassle free and relaxing experience! Kudos to the entire team! 🙂

The staff are all nice and friendly, they also are fluent in English especially Toni and the guy in the photo. (I forgot the name lol) I enjoyed my time in the cruise. I am amazed on how they manage things like timings and ETAs are so accurate. The transfer is quick and comfy vehichle. Foods were delicious but a bit colorful. I would come back and recommend.

we loved our cruise, the guide Johnny was helpful and didn’t pressure us for tips. the cruise staff were friendly. our room was amazing and the food was delicious. the transfer bus was really comfortable, we had massage chairs on our way back! we definitely felt the 5 star experience and we only had 20 people on our boat so it was peaceful.

A perfect program with no flaws. Twelve hours (half a day) from 8:30 AM pickup... I really wondered if this was possible at this price. It seems to be 30% cheaper than Dotangtang operated by a Korean company. I highly recommend it to those who prefer to have no Koreans in the tour group and have no major problems communicating with the guide in English.
