the staff are very nice and friendly, even with difficulty communicating in english they are always ready to assist and give service. room is just right and ambiance is very elegant.

we came here around 2-3am. we thought it was eerie since everything was closed. but when we stayed the next day it was great. the place was nice and worth every penny.

the hotel is accpetable. quite old and little space. the breakfast is also not buffet type but ala carte. anyways, the location is good. near shops and night market.

It’s close to alot of attractions, very convenient if you want to experience old Hanoi. The staff were delightful and rooms were very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious.
