They are very welcoming. They upgraded our room to a room with balcony.It is spacious and very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean but the toilet was very narrow. but overall it is a good place to stay for few days! what I love the most was their breakfast!!! and the staff were accommodating and helpful. near to the attractions.

The hotel was superb! Facilities were topnotch and the facade & interiors were very unique as well. What made it better was the staff, especially Tùng! He’s the best! 👍💗 He recommended lots of things to do around Hanoi & where to shop. He even went out of his way to help me purchase something to be delivered to the hotel while I was out. 🥰 Our experience with the hotel made our trip more memorable. I will definitely come back here next time I come back to Hanoi! Much love 🥰

the hotel is great with a good location and good buffet breakfast.they informed us that there is a construction nearby hotel but it did not bother us since we are always out. i love the breakfast so much and i would love to come back for the breakfast.kind staff and gave us take away bfast before flight.near to attractions

Location is good, just beside the train street. breakfast was really good - especially their bacon 😊. staff was really friendly and helpful. room was big and aircondition worked perfectly.
