Toshodai-ji tours

Open-air Museum Gassho-zukuri Minka-en Folklore Park is an open-air museum that recreates the mountain village scenery of Shirakawa-go in the past. Including 9 buildings designated as important cultural properties by Gifu Prefecture, a total of 25 buildings are on display. These burdings were used for a variety of purposes, including private home, storehouse, rice mill house, horse stables, barns, shrine, and temple.

I took two people in their 60s with me and were satisfied with the itinerary. The weather was good that day! The tour guide introduces Okinawa in detail! The first two locations only last about 30 minutes, so if you go to the bathroom, you have to take a quick look, take a photo, and then leave! Fortunately, every place is really beautiful, and I’m satisfied with whatever I take! The aquarium has three hours to eat lunch on your own, so if you want to explore more, you can grab a snack! The American Village only lasts an hour, and there are so many shops to see. If you don’t want to go shopping, you can just sit on the beach and watch the sunset! The only bad thing about the itinerary was that the meeting point was marked in front of a BLUE SEAL ice cream shop, but that shop had closed and moved to another store without notifying us, so everyone was very unsure about finding the meeting place!

We chose to depart from Kumamoto on 5/4 and meet up with our tour guide at Sakura-no-Baba. Miss Lina is very enthusiastic and proactive in contacting and helping, and she cares about everyone's situation. We didn’t make it to the top of Kumamoto Castle because there were too many people lining up during the Golden Week and we didn’t have enough time. But luckily for us, the next stop, Mount Aso, was partially open for visitors. This attraction will only be open depending on the conditions on the day! I wonder if we would have missed it if there hadn’t been a traffic jam 😅 The trip to Kusasenri was delayed. Some people had to take the train (at a fixed time). The driver let us get off at Kusasenri first and then took them to the station. The tour guide apologized to us that the traffic was so congested that the driver might come back to pick us up later in Fukuoka. I feel that there is really nothing we can do about this irresistible factor. As a result, a female passenger said that she had a schedule in the evening, so how could it be changed like this? She kept complaining, and during lunch she was still muttering, "Am I making things difficult for her (the tour guide) today, or is she making things difficult for me?" Basically, if you sign up for a one-day tour, please be mentally prepared. There will be some delays. If you cannot cooperate, please do not book it. It is also noted in the notes that no one can predict the road conditions. A smart person won’t make other plans later. No one else had any objections, except this lady, who insisted on finishing on time. Lina kept comforting her and helped her and her partner arrange another car. Maybe they agreed to exchange passengers and left first. I heard that they only arrived half an hour earlier than us... Why bother? We spent almost four hours playing in Cao Qianli. The big grassland and the horses running were very relaxing and fun. I felt like I had earned something. The return trip took three hours and it was a long journey. I would like to thank the hard-working driver! I hope I will have the chance to meet Miss Lina again in the future🥰

Excellent tour to join if you're travelling with small children or seniors or you don't fancy driving there yourself. The shibazakura was stunning and a very limited seasonal beauty. The tulip farm was amazing too. Couldn't believe we were still in Hokkaido. Only downside is that 8 hours were devoted to commuting, but that's something you have to put up with if you're planning to stay in Sapporo and not go around Eastern Hokkaido.

I loved the tour, the mountain view is amazing. The Guide, Eric, is perfect, he explained everything clearly and with much enthusiasm! Little Fuji view is amazing! I loved the Ice Cream, it is very light, and the texture is awsome.

Was a fun tour. Got very lucky because the sky was cleas and I was able to see the peak of Mt. Fuji from different point of views. Our tour guide Kousei was very pleasant and made the tour informative. Got a little gift, thank you!

I love the places we visited specially the lakes and Lake hill farm, however the fireworks is underwhelming and we waited for almost 3hrs for that. Our tour guide Grace is reallyy nice i’m the only english speaker in our group and she translates everything for me.

Takahashi was a great tour guide and goes above and beyond to try make you comfortable, and ensure your trip in Osaka goes smoothly. The trip went smoothly and thankfully the tour fended off the bad weather to complete the whole itinerary. There’s just enough time at all the locations to give you a taster but not enough to fully explore.
