Things to do in Lake Chūzenji

Ko was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and kind. Took us to all of the good areas and helped us avoid the traffic jams. Recommend doing this tour if you have the chance!

The trilingual tour guide was friendly and professional. Each itinerary was explained clearly. He was familiar with the attractions, recommended delicious restaurants, and tried his best to take care of each group of participants. In addition, the tour guide + driver worked hard during the golden week. Although it was longer than the original time, both of them were very patient. The car was very clean, spacious, and could be charged.

What a wonderful way to see Nikko. The guide was well organized and explained us everything. We were always free to see the sightseeing spots and take pictures. He also showed us a very good Udon Soup spot - highly recommended!

Day spent with the guide KO, very nice, easy-going, but above all prepared. He explained everything with passion and simplicity... I had never seen such a fast switch between English and Chinese. Unfortunately we were unable to get on the funicular due to the strong wind, but on the simple request to change the ticket with the possibility of seeing the waterfalls from a better view he immediately took action for us tourists. The ticket for the sanctuaries is not included. I highly recommend it :)

A truly amazing tour with some stunning sights. Jeff was an excellent guide, both polite and informed. Probably our favourite day trip we've taken while in Japan. We also received a little keepsake from Jeff at the end of the day, which was very nice! Thank you!

Save time and convenience by visiting multiple attractions in Nikko in one day from Tokyo. The tour guide was energetic and enthusiastic, and the trip was perfect.

Marta was very informative and kept the group going at a good pace. I’d recommend this trip to everyone who doesn’t have a problem with stairs.
