Tour Guide Ken is nice, share much different information to us, also recommend and shared some nice food, drink for us, in Shifen street, help tour mates to buy drink/food and also tell the shop for lantern colour in advanced for tour mates save time so that we have time to walk around, overall the trip is good, while Shifen if can stay a bit longer would be better, meeting point and time is clear and Ken’s guidance is also clear that told us how we go back to the meeting point by following which shop/attraction

Our tour guide Bobo was very nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth, convenient, fun, informative tour. Though it rained that day, we were still able make it enjoyable because of the beauty, history and culture of the place and the people. Taiwanese are polite, and kind, they are hard worker and quality is important for them, that makes the experience more unforgettable. From Philippines, visited with friends - August 2024

Jeffrey wu, our tour guide, is a very patient and funny guide. He shared interesting tidbits of information of the places which was entertaining. The entire tour was packed but i feel time was very well spent.
