It was a great travel experience. Although I got up very early and set off at 2 o'clock, the guide picked me up at the hotel very early, saving me the trouble of finding a car. I went to see the stars, sunrise, and lava. The guide was very helpful in taking pictures for me. There were many good photos. Thanks to my guide, a sincere, experienced and smart guide, his name is Purba tampan. He reminded me to rent a blanket, otherwise I would really freeze to death on the mountain. When watching the sunrise, I chose an excellent parking space. The guide's photography skills are very good. I strongly recommend this guide to everyone.

I was a little late because you came all the way to the accommodation on an early morning departure schedule, but you said it was okay and I was so grateful. Also, it was nice that you traveled together in a comfortable atmosphere and that you played Korean songs, which was nice. When we went to Batu, you took pictures passionately and made us feel comfortable. It was nice that you took such good pictures, so I was so happy that the results were good. The NGURAH guide was really good. He speaks a little Korean and speaks in a way that is easy to understand even if you don't speak English. When we went to Black Lava, he waited patiently while I took individual pictures, and when I dropped something in the jeep, he picked it up for me and said it was okay, so I was so grateful. The schedule was also comfortable and great. I definitely recommend going to NGURAH. I'm uploading a picture that doesn't show my face because I'm embarrassed.

Our trip was fantastic from the get go. Our driver, Abdi, spoke perfect English and was on time. He communicated extremely well and was able to really give us insight on Bali culture. He drove us to where the Jeep was parked where we met his twin brother who brought us up to the mountain. This was a trip mostly for photos. We get to the top of Mount Batur in the dark where they guide you with poses and assist with photography. As the sun comes up, they help take even more photos! We finished the tour at an amazing cafe where we continued to take more photos. They're all professional and make the experience seamless. Both drivers went above and beyond!
