If you stay at a hotel on the same premises, you can use this facility for free. The benefits available to guests are the same as the "Joy Package" I purchased, and lunch was included. I bought a ticket for a fairly expensive price without knowing that, so I'm a bit disappointed. I found out when I entered the facility, but I couldn't get a refund. My impression of the facility was that it was very empty, as it was a weekday, and I was very satisfied. It was fun enough to give up on the ticket I bought in vain. Advice for those who are thinking of buying a ticket for this facility: You can freely enter and exit the Minera Forest and 85 degree egg areas without a ticket. Tickets are not required. Drinking water is harder to come by than you might think, so I recommend bringing more with you. They will lend you one small bath towel, a robe, and a locker for free, but everything else is either paid or not available. Advice for those who are thinking of staying at this hotel: If you stay at the hotel, you can use the pool that is only available to guests. The pool also has a hot spring and a jacuzzi. It's open until 8pm, so it's a good idea to use it if you arrive in the evening. The site is very large, so restaurants can be far away. If you can speak the language, you can call a cart to take you there, but we just walked the whole way. This isn't limited to this place, but here's some advice for future travelers: - Credit cards are surprisingly hard to use in Vietnam. The deposit you pay when checking into the hotel here was cash only. It's best to bring plenty of cash with you. - Once you get to the countryside, English is not as widely understood as it is in rural Japan. Google Translate can help, but you'll have to give up on the small details. - It goes without saying, but bring insect repellent and medicine for insect bites with you.

please book a limo on verexe app is cheaper and better.overall u should spend two days there as the limo pick u up earliest is 9 but u reach about 12 and the hot spring close at 5pm

we were worried this is too hot given the hot weather. But there’re plenty of shades, many warm and cool pools, hot and cold saunas. it’s a truly luxurious experience, the place is serene, quiet and relaxing. Afterwards, my skin felt so smooth. The buffet lunch was good too, there were plenty of food including king prawns, octopus, meat etc. I’d come back again with my family

The staff at Minera BC is not professional in guiding customers, quite messy, causing customers to waste time receiving tickets. There is no outside staff to coordinate and guide customers to receive Klook tickets at which counter, there are no signs. The mineral bath is quite good, I like the Around the world spa area.
