Hoi An Ancient Town cruises

The Coconut Boat Ride Was Amazing. They take you around for about 40mins. To take souvenier Picture its 70k Dong per picture. You need to tip the person as its manuall work. For the impression park and show its not amazing its just classic dance and not much of performance. So its not my taste and wouldnt go there again.

If you are ever in Hoi An for the evening. This tour will be the highlight. Go to the designated store and you'll be given a herbal drink. Klook staff will bring you to the river side and arrange a boat. Went on a weekday and it was 2 pax to a boat. As the sun set, the river brightened up with different lanterns and colours. You'll be given lantern with candle. Midway through the ride, boater will tell you to light up the lantern and release in the river. Unique and tranquil experience.

It was an unforgettable experience for our family. Our guide Vu was thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable about Hoi An. He gave us a thorough background about local culture and helped us taking many memorable pictures on the boat while releasing the lanterns. Highly recommend this trip and tour company for anyone who’s coming to Hoi An and looking for a great time. Also we were told it’s a small business trying to hire local staff and gave back to the local community, what’s not to like.

for those of you butung the tucket without the transfer, do check this basket boat’s point of departure (Hanh Cruise) because there are a lot of entry points to this excursion. I have the “gangnam style” driver but once he saw that my elderly aunt was afraid of the boat being turned and shoke aggresively, he toned it down. We had a pleasant experience. Do give a proper tip because it appears to be a small fishing village with local basket boat drivers depending on tourists.

Afterwards he will bring you to the river side to join the general public queue for the boat ride and pass you the boat ride ticket. Overall experience for the boat ride is positive. The boat man will help you take pictures and tell you when to release the lantern.

Fei Fei is our tour guide for our tour today. She is awesome and very helpful and friendly. She introduced us with a lot of history of Hoi An and told us some interesting information. She also is a very good photographer who helped us took a lot of beautiful photos. We are very happy to have her in our first day to visit Hoi An. Thank you so much Fei Fei.

What a great trip for the price. Absolute bargain. We caught a grab to the location and easily found the Klook representatives as they were wearing Tshirts with Klook across the front. We were escorted to their hut and put on a coconut boat. We had a peaceful ride through the forest them came across some other tour groups and had fun watching them spin and karaoke. These activities were an extra charge if you want to do them. We had photos taken and could purchase them if you wanted for 70k. We then watched a man throw the fishing net which was cool to see. before heading back. All round a good trip.

Easy to redeem, just go to the ticket counter based on the instructions on your preferred timing. They will instantly give you a drink and usher you to the docking area where boats are waiting. This comes with free lantern as well you can release anytime. It was a good idea to do just in between light and dark so you get the best of both views. Less hassle than dealing with those touting at the riverside.
