We enjoyed the experience in Universal Studios Hollywood so much, especially for the 1-hour studio tour! The tour let us know the story behind a movie production, and we deeply were impressed with the introductions! Apart from that, we finished all the games in there without purchasing the fast lane pass, each game was queueing up for like 10-15 minutes.

great promotion for 2-day ticket and cheaper than an official website, tickets were sent very fast and used easily.

Eloi/Mark provided a well-informed and interesting perspective on the history and culture(s) of DTLA, while introducing us to a diverse array of its architectural features--the Broadway movie palaces, LA's Central Library, and its more recently built skyscrapers. This was a well-designed and delightful tour, led by an excellent guide.

Bought on the promo with 2 day entrance. Good weather, scanning in was easy, did not check ID but saw some booths need.

We bought studio + express passes, which were cheaper than the official USH site. Tickets were received via email within a few minutes after purchase, and I easily scanned them in the USH app. No issues using them at them at the admission gate. Th express passes are worth it - saved us hours of standing in standby lines.

It was a great experience in Universal Studios. We were taken away by the amazing studio tour which we do not have in Universal Studios Singapore. Also enjoyed seeing so many characters from Harry Poter, The Simpsons, Shrek and many more. It was the best place to be in.
