just wonder why need to pay for parking even we stay there. overall good. staff very friendly and allow check in early

allowed to get connecting room. and check in in advanced.water venture park open from 7am , is very good for family with kids

It was a great experience staying at Sunway Pyramid hotel! The location is very convenient as it is directly next to the Sunway Pyramid mall. The service was great as well. The only downside would be that the AC was too cold. Overall, will come back here again!

Just checked out yesterday from Sunway Resort and it was so hard to leave! We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms felt really grand, and the view of Sunway Lagoon was amazing. Checked in with 2 other friends with families and our kids had the best time going to the main swimming pool, up to the Waterventure and back down and repeat. Honestly the breakfast was okay-ish, there were a lot of options, and the buffet place can cater to so many people, so there was no queue to the buffet. Quite impressed by the kids buffet dining area. But taste wise was so-so. The hotel is linked to Pyramid mall, so I would probably opt for room without breakfast next time, as the mall has so many options. The traffic jam to get to this place was really frustrating, and it’s always been this way. But once you’re inside the hotel, the jam was easily forgotten 😂. I think Sunway Resort is better than Renaissance KL, my kid agrees too. Definitely would come back!

Is a good hotel situated at the Empire Shopping Mall. The room is spacious. Shopping mall has eateries, food and beverages, Coffee Bean, Bakery, varieties of food restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Old Town) beauty and salon, Mr DIY, Decathlon, and a supermarket. About 5 minutes walk to the nearest LRT Subang Jaya Station. And the train ride about 25 minutes to KL Sentral station. Across the street is Subang Parade Mall.

good view and very comfy stay ! i highly reccommend this place if youre looking for somewhere to stay ! price is very reasonable , i had a lot of enquiries but julia and hanan were very helpful with it

Always stay in this hotel whenever I wanna shop @ sunway pyramid. Highly recommended
