Staff are friendly and the ambiance is nice and cozy. We requested a lower level room for our seniors and they easily oblidged our request.

The hotel staff are very accommodating. They always greet you and ask if you need something. The location is also very near to the tourist attractions. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

it was a good experience. the young lady receptionist help us with all the things we need in the hotel. i recommend this hotel.

we stayed here for only 3 hours.. the hotel dont have heater, during the cold season. but it was maybe good staying during summertime as the room was equipped by aircon.

nice hotel, quiete. a bir creepy bcs they leave the doors open then lights off if it's vacant hahah but all in all, our stay here is great !

We stayed the Presidential Suite to celebrate the important anniversary (requested for anniversary decors but Azalea Hotel just ignored it)
