Very pleasant experience. Before we went, we confirmed our booking by messaging them and they gave us good advice on the feasibility of the pictures we wanted to tuft. The staff were very patient and guided us through turfting step-by-step, and always ready to answer our questions and assist us. We went on a Saturday late morning and it was not crowded. Besides tufting, there were several other craft works available.

Cashier and skate rental were friendly. there was staff walking around helping to adjust skates etc. a bit crowded but fun overall.

We've been here several times and the experience has been great. This time round, there was a bit of issue on communication (which I've never experienced before in the previous occasions), but other than this, the whole baking experience went well. Outlet staff was friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun making our own cakes from scratch.

It is worth it as there is no time limit, we can just exit and re-enter. Not too crowded and quite big to explore and play. Suitable for young kids. Easy to buy from Klook and redeem at counter.
