Tangkup Waterfall tours

Thank you so much for this 3D2N trip! Would recommend my friends to enjoy this professional service with Parmen Trekker! :) Before the trip, Parmen answered all my questions with prompt replies so he made us feel responsible at the very beginning. It was amazing to have Andrew accompanying and guiding. Without him, we cannot finish the summit for sure! Me and my friend were relatively weak and easily-tired trekker, but he was so patient and always followed our pace. The route was so flexible that they can be changed accordingly to your ability. We enjoyed two nights at the base camp with a full sky of stars. I have so much respect to the porters who worked very hard to prepare all the equipment and tasty food! Never a hungry moment for us😂We enjoyed a lot throughout the whole journey. It was a bit hard for us but it was really a memorable experience.

My driver Bagus was very kind and didn't forget to provide warm greetings and explanations at each attraction. I was really grateful for the recommendations of places to visit during the trip and for allowing sufficient travel time. If you are planning a trip to Ubud, be sure to look for Bagus! :)

During the process of planning a solo trip, I wanted to visit BROMO, TUMPAK SEWU, and IJEN, and thanks to my guide teacher RULY, I was able to travel comfortably and enjoyably. She made me comfortable throughout the trip and made the whole journey happy. Also, I was able to get a lot of information about traveling in Indonesia, and I learned a lot of things that I didn't know when planning a trip. Thanks to the tour, I made a close friend RULY, and I will use her again when I visit Indonesia next time, and I want to recommend her to others!

The views were amazing and the water is so blue and beautiful that it looks exactly like a google image. The guide was friendly and nice. Be prepared for bumpy roads and the lunch was passable. It rained in the afternoon which made it hard to travel around but luckily the rain only came after we visited the main attractions.

The agent is very responsive and on time. After booking, the agent already give me the information thru Whatsapp (i like it because easy to communicate). I glad because we can change the pickup point from Kuta area to Senggigi area (because we changed our hotel). The drivers are really friendly and helpful. They even prepared us snacks and mineral water in the car. They shared information&history about Lombok during our 2 hours trip to waterfall so we wont get boring. Once arrived at waterfall, the tour guide is really soft spoken and helpful!! He offered to bring our backpack (ours bag are small). He also sharing info about waterfall. He suggested us to try water simple water rafting just to experience it and we all love it!!!! You guys can see in my photos. He is also good taking our videos and photos. They do all package mentioned in the package and everything is on time. We lunch at Villa bamboo and the foods are delicious. We also went to Sasak Village to see the traditional life there. They want to bring us to Monkey Park but we dont want because all of us scare with monkey 😅😅 Overall, I have no regret and worth my money taking this package. Thank you.

I was a little late because you came all the way to the accommodation on an early morning departure schedule, but you said it was okay and I was so grateful. Also, it was nice that you traveled together in a comfortable atmosphere and that you played Korean songs, which was nice. When we went to Batu, you took pictures passionately and made us feel comfortable. It was nice that you took such good pictures, so I was so happy that the results were good. The NGURAH guide was really good. He speaks a little Korean and speaks in a way that is easy to understand even if you don't speak English. When we went to Black Lava, he waited patiently while I took individual pictures, and when I dropped something in the jeep, he picked it up for me and said it was okay, so I was so grateful. The schedule was also comfortable and great. I definitely recommend going to NGURAH. I'm uploading a picture that doesn't show my face because I'm embarrassed.

Our guide Mr.Nur was very efficient. Everything and everywhere we go, was very well taken care off. we had great times at the Gili’s. The guide took great pictures of us through out the time we were at Gili. High recommended.

We had a experience with our tour guide Made Sunanta, and jeep drivers Bondan and Made to the Mount Batur viewpoint. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our pictures all turned out amazing and we are very grateful for this wonderful experience. We were able to see a beautiful sunrise, and then enjoyed drinks at Olympus cafe afterwards with another great view of Mount Batur. Thank you so much again for a great time!
