Thank you for the spectacular view, the excellent housekeeping, and the very convenient restaurant on the 20th floor who gave stellar service. Overall, a clean, safe, and comfortable base in Tokyo.

Nashida was very helpful and friendly. The facilities are good. Rooms are clean and the maintenance crew were attentive and follow instructions well.

This Hotel is located in the middle of everything. You are feet away from the train station, shopping and eating. The hotel is very clean and staff are very kind. I would stay at this location again.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by department stores and shopping streets, it is very convenient for shopping and eating, and the room is clean and comfortable!

Place was useful in what we wanted to do. It was 0.6 miles from the train station we needed (JR line) and it was close to the Media Lab art exhibit (1 mile). We also went to the Toyko Tower in the area and did Mario Kart. Bathroom was tiny (think old RV small) and the photos online resembled what we got.

the hotel has the best location. it is surrounded with the best restaurants and must visit places around shibuya

I chose this hotel because it had a fantastic location as a transport hub for traveling all around Tokyo. not only is there the giant Shinjuku station just a 5 min walk away, but the were other train lines less then 5 mins and a lot easier to navigate. one less than a block south of the hotel. the rooms were clean and tidy. And I loved the laundry facilities, you could monitor the machines and see which were available and when you laundry was finished. The laundry machines came with detergent already, so all you need is 600 yen in 100 yen coins. The hotel also offered free loan umbrellas, which was so useful since it rained every day of our stay there. I would say don’t bother getting the breakfast included, it was mediocre at best. We tried it one morning and were very disappointed. I didn’t drop the rating because there is a great breakfast place about a 5-10 min walk away, Sawamura. The food there was fantastic and the staff very friendly.
