It was a bit late when I returned to the hotel after dinner yesterday, so I forgot to comment. We had a very good one-day tour yesterday, especially the tour guide Sandy was very dedicated and responsible. It was also very kind to be able to communicate in the local dialect in a foreign country. Since there were many nationalities in the tour group, Sandy needed to explain in Chinese, Japanese and English. Every time he arrived at the hotel and rest stop, he would confirm the number of people before notifying the driver, Mr. Wantnabe Watanabe, to start the car. The 12-hour itinerary was very reasonable and compact. We saw the Kent & Mary tree in Biei, the little penguins in Asahiyama Zoo, and finally laughed at the heavy snow when we arrived at the Sei 🧚♀️Terrace in Furami ❄️. Thank you again Klook for providing us with these services!

It was a very fulfilling trip. I saw a lot of beautiful scenery and took a lot of beautiful photos. It was a pity that I only stayed in the zoo for an hour and a half and couldn't finish the whole tour. I look forward to coming again next time~

I took this tour because I wanted to go to Asahiyama Zoo, a Christmas tree in Biei! The cost performance was very good 😊 The tour schedule was quite tight, but I enjoyed it as much as I wanted! I was a little concerned about the looseness of the time, probably because there were a lot of foreigners using the tour. I think it would be good if they made announcements to remind people to be a little more punctual. Thanks to the safe driving (thanks to the driver for driving for such a long time) and the guide, it was a very enjoyable tour (^^)

Highly Recommend! Value for money! Sandy, the guide & Watanabe san, the driver were so helpful, polite and professional! Loved all the sights especially Shikisai no oka (snowmobile), it was super scenic Abd fun! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The meeting point is very convenient, the tour guide is enthusiastic and friendly, and although the attractions are only a quick tour, we arrived and finished on time. It is comfortable to sleep on the bus and visit when getting off. I will visit again if I have the chance in a different season, Sister Jin is awesome!

The itinerary is very rich and tight, and the stay time at each location is not long. The tour guide Yanzi was very helpful. He took the initiative to help take photos and gave a lot of useful information. In a word, I am satisfied with it, and it is cost-effective. The only problem is that the car is too small and the seats are too crowded.

The tour guide James is very good. In addition to explaining clearly, he will also take the initiative to help everyone get off the car (especially if there is snow and the ground is a bit slippery when getting off the car), and will also take the initiative to help take pictures! Although the whole day trip takes a long time, if you don’t join a tour group, it is impossible to visit all 4 attractions by yourself using public transportation or driving! Therefore, if you join a tour group, it is recommended that you bring your own rice balls or bread so that you can fill your stomach on the bus and use the time after getting off the bus to visit the attractions! In addition, if you want to play snowmobile, there is an additional charge, so remember to bring enough cash 💰 The most impressive part of the whole day was the penguin parade and playing snowmobile. The forest elf terrace is also very special. It just happened to be a time of heavy snow, which was super feel! All in all, the overall trip was great!

The activities were more plentiful than expected. We had 40 minutes to get to the Elf Terrace, and the car was parked at the entrance, unlike the reviews that said it would take ten minutes to get there.
