very close to airport bus. we really had a wonderful stay. the staffs are always helpful and always attend to our needs. the breakfast is also great.

The rooms are located in top of a night bar which becomes very noisy at night. amazing for young couples who will be enjoying Seoul and arriving to the hotel just for rest. extremely convenient and very close yo everything.

Amazing location! close to metro, shops, restaurants and local attractions. just a short walk to the palace and Bukchon area. Room was clean and well kempt.

this hotel is super convenient as it is near a lot of restaurants, an hour and one train ride to goyang stadium (if u are attending a concert), and has a convenient store next to it. They also offer luggage storage when you checkout early. The rooms are decent and very small, you wont be able to open your luggage fully. There is also a 24hour ramen shop nearby if you come too early. might book again!

This was my first time staying at Lotte Hotel. I had a broken bone on the day of the trip, so I was very grateful for the various considerations I received when I told them. It was also nice to have a relaxing space where you can listen to live music and drink after dinner.

Our stay at UH Suite was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. One great bonus was the laundry service, which made us consider packing lighter next time since we could easily do our laundry there. The staff spoke English well, making communication smooth and hassle-free. We also appreciated the convenience of the WhatsApp chat for quick assistance. The neighborhood was vibrant, especially at night, so it never felt too quiet when returning late. It was easy to access and had 24-hour shops nearby. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and affordable stay.
