The ticket exchange counter is on the 3rd floor, and the exchange process is quick and convenient; the luggage check-in and boarding procedures are on the 2nd floor. The cabin seats are comfortable and air-conditioned. When disembarking, remember to take the suitcase you just checked off the ship with you!
