The location is in the Arrival hall. It was at the very far right. It might be confusing at first to locate because there were so many sim card stalls in the airport but the klook stall is near the thai tea shops or after Cha Tra Mue. It was a good buy because the data was consistent in our entire stay.

It is very easy to locate the booth and you don’t need to worry if you don’t know how to insert your own sim card cause they will do it for you. The internet connection is superb wherever you are. You can upload your stories anytime you want.

For many years my usual first step upon arrival to Suvarnabhumi is this exact activity :) Very quick and convinient as usual. Just go to 4th floor, find Klook kiosk and then local staff will install sim card immediately. Work flawless as always and much cheaper than to buy sim upon arrival. Highly recommend!

You can easily find the location. Just present your voucher to the person in charge, who will set up the SIM for you. Keep in mind that the shop opens at 8 or 9 am, so if you arrive on an earlier flight, you might need to wait until it opens.

great buy! it's cheap and they have fast internet connection. i was able to hotspot a couple of devices simultaneously and it's still fast. redeeming is in the departure area, not the arrival area so it can be a bit confusing. was able to use it in all areas we went to

one of the must haves when you are travelling! and this one is a good buy, we stayed for 10 days in thailand and no problem in connecting to the internet. also, when claiming for the sim, they have a booth that can be easily found & their staff is ready to assist you. thanks klook!

Super easy and super worth it to buy the sim! There's a lot of data that's good for the travel period and the signal is very good! was able to use it during my whole trip, especially when I'm not in the hotel or in the conference.

It was a convenient way to get connected during our stay in Bangkok. The pickup process was seamless, their store was right where it was described. The DTAC network itself provided a good stream of data and data coverage even while we were on the subway. During my 5 day of going around Bangkok, I wasn't able to experience an area of weak signal.

Getting the simcard from DMK airport was flawless and the staff was accommodating. He was the one who insert the sum and configure. This was my second time getting simcard from klook and dtac. Worth the money.

No problem whatsoever. The staff on the DMK counter helped me connect on their WiFi to see the voucher which I forgot to print. She also inserted the new SIM on my phone and I immediately tried YT to see if I have internet. Works like a charm indeed. Value for money 💰
