Reserving and using the SIM card was relatively simple. it was also more affordable as compared buying in the airport. Unfortunately Klook counter wasn’t easy to locate. had to walk to Gate 1 to get the SIM. The staff was helpful as well.

it was very convenient. you can see the klook counter right after you walk outside the immigration. highly recommend cause we didn't have a hard time searching for a signal, the sim cards were enough for 5 days :)

very easy and straight forward to use. just go to DTAC booth outside area 2. after immigration and customs. the staff place the SIM card right after you show the voucher and immediately activated. surprised to have 5G network even in the islands. went for island hopping in Phi Phi and there’s good 5G coverage on the whole time.

DTAC is now True! from blue color stall, it is now red so look for red stall! It is right outside from where you get luggages. They will also install it for you. Very convenient! After 5 dahs of using it now, I encountered no problem with connection at all.

The data signal is great in all over bangkok. I just had problem finding the claiming shop as the direction is not accurate. Better have a klook sign, so it can easily be seen. I want to commend the attendant tho, very helpful with the setup.
