The people at the booth were very kind the first device I think was defective so they had it replaced immediately then had me download an app also told me to turn off auto updates on my phone the internet speed was great 👍🐪

Hassle-free pick-up, value for money to get mobile wifi for all. Connection is stable & good but the pocket wifi battery life is probably about 5hrs.. so prep the portable charger...Also, returning the pocket wifi is more troublesome, I have to run to the arrival hall to return as there isn't a return point in the departure hall.

Rented the device for 5 days - 8GB and used it for 7 days and paid extra for the equipment renting of 2 days. Straight forward pick up and drop off. Customer service is excellent . I was seeking seeking for help at 6 am through whatapp and was very surprise to receive immediate respond and guidance.

I highly advise buying your wifi needs before your trip, and i recommend you buy it from klook if you’re going to Dubai. It’s so convenient. You will find the kiosk as soon as you come out from the Arrival area. The name of the kiosk is Book My Wifi and is beside a bigger kiosk named DU. If you’re using the wifi device for more than 5 days, then you’ll have to pay for the extension which is 10 dirhams per day, not 4.4 as stated in this package. Then you’re also required to leave a deposit of 250 dirhams for the device, which is returned to you as soon as you return the device in good condition. I got my 250 cash deposit in less than a minute after returning the device.

The wifi was super fast. The staff who assisted us was very kind and nice. The wifi has its own charger and adaptor. We had no problem connecting to the device

Access to WIFI was critical for us as a family and klook was the perfect solution. Inexpensive, easy to connect and in addition to having sufficient bandwidth. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Picking the device was also user friendly.

Very good experience with this - easy pick up at the arrival hall and reception was very good - battery does not deplete fast although many phones are connecting to it at once. One improvement point is to have a drop off counter at the departure hall for drop off at the end of the holiday, so that we do not need to go to the arrival hall to drop off. Thanks.

We rented 2GB pocket wifi for our 6-day stay in UAE. Great coverage, and you can track how much data is left on the device itself. Only downside is you can’t book beyond 4 days for this capacity, meaning we had to pay additional for the extra 2 days (USD 3 per day) we kept the device. Extension was hassle-free though since payment for the extra days were simply deducted from our initial deposit. Deposit can be paid via either cash or card by the way.

It's easy to use. It can be used immediately. The network speed is very stable. I will use it again next time.

Good experience easy to pick up drop off and deposit can be left in home currency which is great. Real time WhatsApp support for upgrades or top ip.

despite saying that pick up is at DXBT3, their shop in T1 accepted my booking, which is good because T3 is far from T1. signal was also stable. just mention to the friendly staff if you will exceed the number of days. they will help you.

Long process since I need to add 3 days though its all worth it for a 7day trip and be prepared for other customers and be quick to be the first and also you cannot feel the aircon since many passengers will go their booth or to others beside it. ^_^
