My booking was confirmed, but I didn't get the voucher yet. Why?
Although your payment was complete and the booking was confirmed, the event organizer might not have sent the voucher yet. This is to prevent fraudulent activities, such as ticket scalping and the unauthorized resale of tickets. Wondering when you can receive your voucher? Go to your booking details and check Voucher info. When the voucher's ready, you'll get a notification. If you have any other questions, get in touch with Customer Support. Go to the Bookings page, select your booking, and click "Chat with Klook".
