What is Pay Later?

1. What is "Pay Later"? "Pay Later" is a convenient booking feature that allows you to reserve a product without immediate payment. You only need to provide your credit or debit card information, and the actual payment will be automatically charged at a later date as specified during booking. This allows you to secure your reservation without paying right away and complete the payment at a later time.

2. What products are supported by "Pay Later"? Currently, the “Pay Later” is only available for selected hotel bookings (with ongoing expansion). Specific details will be shown on the product detail page.

3. What payment methods are supported by "Pay Later"? Currently, the "Pay Later" feature is only available for credit or debit card payments.

4. When will the "Pay Later" feature automatically charge the payment method? The payment will be automatically charged at a later date as specified during booking. The exact timing may vary depending on the booking policy.

5. What if the automatic charge fails for "Pay Later"? If the automatic charge fails, you will receive an email notification. You can then go to your order page to initiate the payment again. At that time, you will have the option to use any of the payment methods supported by Klook. Please ensure that you complete the payment within the specified time; otherwise, your order may be canceled.

6. Can I change the payment method before the "Pay Later" charge? Payment methods cannot be changed before the automatic charge. If the automatic charge fails, you will need to manually complete the payment using other available payment methods.

7. Can I choose to pay in advance after I selected "Pay Later"? Once you have selected "Pay Later", the payment will be automatically charged to your saved payment method at the scheduled time, and it is not possible to pay in advance. However, you do have the option to cancel the order if you wish.
