When will my KlookCash be added to my account?

• For most bookings, your KlookCash will be added to your account within 48 hours of completing your participation and submitting your review.

For some bookings, you won't earn KlookCash for completing reviews:

• Free bookings
• Bookings made again within 30 days of taking part in the previous one
• Bookings with a total value of below US$5
• Activities with more than 100 reviews at the time of reviewing
• Flights and Hong Kong High Speed Rail

*On occasion, it may take a few weeks. This depends on how long it takes to confirm if you completed the activity. In the meantime, please be patient.
