A very smooth way of travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. The bus line already message me two days before the trip to advise about my booking and msg again to tell details of bus. Very responsive on whatsapp.

The Cityline bus driver and assistant is nice and we had a comfortable 5-hour ride back to Bugis, SG. Take note always on the schedule of the bus departure as they are always on time, no window time for waiting.

we almost missed our trip going back to Singapore but glad our driver had waited for us. just a feedback, hope the driver can advise the passengers which bays we need to wait as we got confused where is the bus every after immigration

If you have extra time like us, I would recommend booking your bus tickets here! Hassle free and they keep us posted with the changes on our pick-up place and bus number. Took us 7 hours from SG to Berjaya Times Square.

very seamless process to purchase tickets for bus from TBS to melaka. purchased in less than one minute. then we showed the voucher at TBS and they gave us the printed bus ticket. very efficient process. bus was very comfortable and distance covered in less than 90 minutes. we also got very good seats. thank you klook for wonderful experience.

The book process is alright, and the confirmation was sent immediately upon booking. The only inconvenience that I have to mention is that the confirmation email is not a ticket, and the ticket needs to be exchanged manually at the counter.

I love how on time the bus went to the terminal. Everything went smoothly! A little bit shocked when one of the staff at the bus told us with high tone of her voice that they are calling us for confirmation when I dont have access with my PH sim because I am out of the country. lol
