Money Can't Buy Experience

1. In conjuction with Klook's 10th Birthday, Klook will be running a contest to award exclusive Money Can't Buy Travel Experience (“MCBE”), co-created by Klook together with its partners from 4 September 2024 to 31 October 2024, 14:00 (GMT+8), subject to changes by Klook. The actual conduct of the MCBE may differ for each MCBE and market at Klook’s sole discretion.
2. Follow the steps below to participate in the MCBE contest: (a) Log in/sign up to Klook (b) Register by booking your preferred MCBE experience for $0 (c) Tell us why you should win by answering questions in the booking form and submit a video (optional) relating to the choice of your MCBE (d) Participants must participate in the contest during the specified timeframe listed on the individual MCBE activity page on Klook (e) Winners will be selected based on originality and creativity of submitted answers and video, if any. Klook will inform the results via email/push notifications within one (1) month from 31 October 2024 or any other date at Klook's discretion
3. The MCBE contest is offered by Klook and it is limited in quantity. The details and terms are subject to the announcement on the Klook platform, which may be amended from time to time.
4. Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the MCBE contest (including but not limited to any amendment of terms and conditions set out herein) at any time without prior notice.
5. Klook will only cover the MCBE. Any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the winner unless informed by Klook otherwise. Any remaining balance cannot be used for future trips or converted into cash.
6. MCBE is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given. Where any element of the MCBE is unavailable, an alternative will be provided, at Klook’s discretion. Any extra costs beyond the MCBE will be the responsibility of the winner.
7. The winner of the MCBE shall accept the MCBE in its entirety. If the winner is unable to accept the MCBE or any element thereof, then the MCBE (or the relevant element) will be forfeited and Klook shall have the right to offer the MCBE to the next shortlisted participant. Neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that forfeited MCBE (or the relevant element).
8. Klook accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting any MCBE and advises participants that independent financial advice be sought in the event of winning. Any extra activities and costs beyond the specified MCBE will be the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation expenses, travel insurance and other related travel costs.
9. By accepting the MCBE, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agrees that Klook shall not be liable or responsible for any risks or damages associated with or arising out of the winner’s acceptance of the MCBE.
10. The validity period of each MCBE may be different. Please refer to the individual MCBE activity page for more detailed information.
11. Winners of the MCBE must participate the MCBE within the validity period stipulated at the individual MCBE activity page on Klook. In the event that the winner, for any reason, is unable or unwilling to utilise the MCBE within the stipulated period, then the MCBE (or the relevant element) will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that forfeited MCBE (or the relevant element). Klook shall have the right to offer the unutilised MCBE to the next shortlisted participant.
12. The winner(s) shall be obliged to take part in any advertising or publicity activity, which Klook and its affiliates may require, without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The winner(s) shall also agree for Klook to utilise the answers and video, if any, in relation to this contest for promotional purposes, at Klook's discretion. The winner(s) agree to sign further documentations as required by Klook for this purpose.
13. The MCBE cannot be transferred to third parties unless with Klook's written approval.
14. All decisions made by Klook in conjunction with the MCBE contest including but not limited to the MCBE, terms of MCBE redemption and conduct of the contest, are final and binding and no discussions will be entered into or correspondences entertained in this regard. In the event of any disputes, the ultimate decision made by Klook and considered as final.
15. By participating in the MCBE contest, participants confirm to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Klook's General Term of Use (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/conditions/) and consent to the processing of any personal information by Klook in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.klook.com/en-SG/policy/).
16. The MCBE may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by Klook from time to time. The winner(s) may be required to sign further documentations as required by Klook for the MCBE.

Community Gems (Free Tours) Terms and Condition

1. In conjunction with Klook's 10th Birthday, Klook will be giving away Free Tours as part of Klook's CSR initiative (“Free Tour”). The actual conduct of the Free Tour may differ for each market at Klook’s sole discretion.
2. The Free Tour is offered by Klook and it is limited in quantity. The Free Tour details and terms are subject to the announcement on the Klook platform, which may be amended from time to time at Klook's sole discretion.
3. Each user shall only be awarded with one (1) Free Tour per user account.
4. The Free Tour cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Any unused Free Tour cannot be transferred to other Klook accounts or sold to third parties.
5. In the event that you, for any reason, do not or unable to utilise the Free Tour or any element thereof, after receiving the same, then the Free Tour (or the relevant element) will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that forfeited Free Tour (or the relevant element).
6. Klook will only cover the Free Tour. Where any element of the Free Tour is unavailable, an alternative will be provided, at Klook’s discretion. Any extra costs beyond the Free Tour will be your responsibility.
