Using the promo codes

• After booking confirmation, booking details will be sent to your registered email address. At the same time, 1 HK$200 coupon will be added to your promo code wallet automatically.
• Only booking of local activities/hotels/car rental in Tasmania in each order is allowed. The discount would be applied upon checkout with the coupon’s promo code. Users are allowed to use only 1 promo code for each transaction. These promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other Klook promo codes.

Valid for

• Only applicable for Hong Kong users booking Tasmania local activities/hotels/car rental only.
• Not applicable to other exclusions as specified by Klook from time to time.

Refund rules

• After booking confirmation, the coupon cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If users still have unused promo codes, but the coupon pack expired, no refund, reissue and extension are allowed.
• If you cancel part of your order and request for a partial refund, a promo code value refund will not be arranged.
