Using the promo codes

• After booking confirmation, booking details will be sent to your registered email address. At the same time, 2pcs of HK$2,000 hotel coupons (with minimum spending of HK$2,000) will be added to your promo code wallet automatically.
• Only booking local and overseas hotels with a minimum spending of HK$2,000 in each order is allowed. The discount would be applied upon checkout with the coupon’s promo code. Users are allowed to use only 1 promo code for each transaction. These promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other Klook promo codes.

Valid for

• Only applicable for Hong Kong and Mainland China users booking local and overseas hotels only.
• Not applicable to any staycations and certain products as specified by Klook from time to time.

Refund rules

• After booking confirmation, the coupon cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If users still have unused promo codes, but the coupon pack has expired, no refund, reissue, and extension is allowed.
