This was a SCAM booking. I never booked this hotel. Hotel.com need to sort out their booking policies and practices as I have been receiving SCAM emails for fake bookings...get it together and review your online platform. These scams are totally unacceptable...sort it out asap

Roof top bar is closed permanently. No bar down stairs either. Pool is good . Room was great.

The hotel has a nice location and beautiful beach view, but the rooms feel outdated and could use some renovation. The front desk staff was okay, but a warmer attitude and more smiles would make guests feel more welcomed. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement.

The beach location was definitely the best part of this hotel — it’s right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, which made it very convenient. I also appreciated having an ocean view room. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very outdated. The carpets were old and worn, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no AC in the lobby which made it very hot. The bathroom setup was also poor because every time you shower, water spills out of the tub onto the floor, making it extremely wet and slippery. The towels also did not smell clean, which made the stay feel even less hygienic. Be very careful with the deposit you leave at check-in. They seemed to try charging for every little thing. For example, I was accused of drinking a water bottle from the fridge that I never touched. Meanwhile, housekeeping staff were in my room making coffee and drinking water from the minibar themselves while cleaning. Overall, the location was great, but the hotel experience itself was disappointing.

I had a great stay at the luxury. Staff was very helpful especially Trang, Nhi, and My. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is terrible...they have too much work and don't focus on thier job. Food is ok. Not very good
