Getting to spend time on Kodama the Hello Kitty version was amazing. Beautiful train and care has been taken to make the experience special. I could only go one stop but this was enough for purchases from the gift shop carriage, pictures in the unreserved carriage 2, and time to sit and enjoy such a kawaii experience. Would travel again in a heartbeat! make sure you check as it is only one special Kodams train in each direction and not every day of the week.

The Nozomi 4 was bang on time and the experience in the green car was extremely satisfying. Services on board were super good. I had booked the Mt Fuji seat from Klook and was allotted the same, not to mention could see it bang on the scheduled time. What an awesome experience!

these was a very good planned and executed walking tour. every step was carefully selected , even the time we had for lunch or small shopping had charming and deserved to view. guide was knowledgeable and very kind

one thing i can’t bring myself to enjoy in tokyo and osaka was the long queue for everything. i am a very impatient person. thanks online services i got to buy tickets and service w/out the need to wait in line. and who needs physical tickets when you can just scanned the barcode from your phone to board the train right?

Booking Shinkansen Nozomi tickets on Klook was so easy. I got a QR code after my booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the station, I just scan the QR code at the Shinkansen gate and that was it. Then I found my self sitting on the bullet train. The train was speedy like a bullet. I have to say it was great experience booking Shinkansen ticket on Klook.

super easy to use, it’s fast and comfortable. The station has lots of store to buy food and drink from so you can enjoy a tasteful meal on your way to your next stop. We got the Mt. Fuji side and got lucky to be able to see it, which it made it much more special.

no need to wait in line at tobu visitor center in asakusa if you’ve purchase Nikko pass together with spacia x5. I wasted so much time there lol highly recommend to spend a bit more for this express train to get to Nikko!
