Do I have to pay a deposit for my rental car?
Yes. When you're collecting your rental car, the staff at the counter will temporarily charge a small deposit fee to the main driver's credit card for the duration of the rental, in case of any damages.
Once you've returned your rental car without any damages, your deposit will be returned to your card balance within 30 - 60 days.
If the main driver's credit card does not have enough balance to pay the deposit, you may be asked to purchase additional insurance from the car operator or be rejected to pick up the car.
Please ensure that your credit card has sufficient funds to cover the cost of your deposit and any additional items to avoid any disappointment.
