What's the refund policy for events with FamiPort ticket collection?
For detailed refund policy, please refer to the ticket purchase page for more details as some activities may have additional rules. Please read the refund policy on the ticket purchase page before purchasing.
- For uncollected tickets: follow instructions on the purchase page.
- For collected tickets: Return the FamiPort ticket and "Klook physical ticket refund application form" by registered mail to "Klook Event Team" at Building C, No. 225, Section 2, Chang'an East Road, Taipei, before the refund deadline. Include "Event Name + Order Reference ID" on the envelope.
- Refund applications must be sent by the registered postmark date. If incomplete or overdue, tickets will be returned without a refund. Klook is not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect contact info.
- If you fail to apply for a refund within the refund period, or if the information or documents provided are missing, the applicant will be notified according to the contact information on the refund application form and the physical ticket will be sent back, and no refund will be applied.
- If the applicant cannot be contacted or the contact address information provided is incorrect and the delivery fails, Klook will not be responsible for the custody of the tickets or any other responsibility.
