What is the Fuji Excursion Express Train?
The Fuji Excursion Express Train (or Fujikyu Railway) is the direct train connecting Tokyo with the Mount Fuji area.
The train can take you from Shinjuku to Shimoyoshida, Mount Fuji (station), Fuji Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchi in less than 2 hours. There are 4 trains in each direction every day.
This train is likely to sell out! We strongly recommend booking pre-sale tickets more than 30 days in advance. That way, we can issue you the tickets as soon as they're available on the official Japan Rail (JR) system.
