How can I delete my Klook account?

You can delete your Klook account at any time using either the website or mobile app.

Here's what will happen after your account has been deleted.

  • You will lose access to all your Klook credits, outstanding bookings, and promo codes.
  • Your past bookings, reviews, and wishlist will be lost.
  • You will no longer have access to your old account.
  • Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

If you still wish to proceed with deleting your account, please go through the following steps:

Website

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Delete account".
  4. Confirm that you want to delete your Klook account using your password / third party verification.
  5. Delete your account.

App

  1. Select the Account icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Head to "Account security > Delete account"
  4. Confirm that you want to delete your Klook account using your password / third-party verification.
  5. Delete your account.

If you've changed your mind, you can restore your Klook account within 14 days by logging into your Klook account and clicking "Restore account". Please note that your account deletion cannot be reversed after these 14 days.
